Meet Diane

Diane is a proud mother of five who has been visiting the Westmeath area for more than 15 years. Her husband has deep family roots in the region, and through countless visits, Diane fell in love with its peaceful beauty, incredible fishing, exciting whitewater rafting, and the endless opportunities to enjoy the Ottawa River and the outdoors.

A registered nurse at heart, Diane has also embraced her entrepreneurial spirit over the years. From renovating properties to building successful businesses, she loves taking on new challenges. Today, she is delighted to welcome guests to the three Whitewater Cottages, a project that has truly been a labour of love.

When she's not working, Diane enjoys travelling, fishing, discovering great local food, and spending time with family and friends. She hopes you'll create wonderful memories here and experience the same sense of relaxation and adventure that first captured her heart.

The cottages have been an incredible journey from start to finish, and Diane is proud to share this special place with guests from near and far. Whether you're here to relax on the beach, explore the Ottawa Valley, or simply enjoy a peaceful sunset by the fire, she hopes your stay is filled with unforgettable moments and leaves you wanting to return year after year.

Meet Connor

Connor is our local property manager and is here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. He assists with guest inquiries and booking requests, and you may occasionally see him around the property performing maintenance, making repairs, delivering supplies, or preparing cottages for arriving guests.

Connor has a passion for building and always enjoys staying busy with new projects. When he's not working, you'll likely find him out fishing on the water. He has played a major role in renovating our cottages and takes great pride in helping keep the property beautiful, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
